Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations. You will travel locally and within licensed states, conduct 45-minute visits, review medical history, and perform physical evaluations using an iPad workflow. No prescribing or lab orders required.
