Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-Time In-Home MD/DO to provide health evaluations at patients' homes in Westchester County, NY. Visits run about 45 minutes with medication/history review and a physical exam.
Clinicians use a mobile workflow and may perform selected diagnostic tests as required by the health plan. The role requires active NY licenses (multi-state preferred) and the ability to travel locally.
