Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health evaluations for plan members across the United States. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and may include a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic testing.
You’ll travel locally and within licensed states, use an iPad workflow, and may conduct virtual visits as needed.
