Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part-time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations. Visits are ~45 minutes, with a focus on health history, review, and physical assessment. Clinicians use an iPad and follow a clinical workflow; prescribing or ordering tests is not required.
Requirements include active, unrestricted licensure and board certification. Occasional virtual visits and local travel within licensed states are expected.
