Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform In-Home Health Evaluations with patients in their homes across licensed states.
Visits last about 45 minutes, include medication and medical history review, physical exam, and optional tests as directed by the health plan. You will use an iPad and a streamlined workflow; prescribing and lab orders are not required.
