Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a part-time physician to provide in-home health evaluations across local and national referrals. Clinicians will engage with members in their homes, review medical history, perform physical assessments, and collaborate with health plans to bridge gaps in care.
Candidates must hold an active MD or DO license, be eligible for multi-state licensure, and be willing to travel locally.
