Job description
Batbox Holdings, Inc. in Dallas/Addison, TX, is seeking a part-time in-house Legal Counsel to translate complex legal issues into practical business guidance.
You will support commercial contracts, corporate governance, IP, compliance, and employment matters while coordinating with outside counsel and leadership. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, manage entity records, and help with fundraising and strategic transactions, reporting to the CEO.
