Job description
Surf Internet seeks a part-time attorney licensed in Illinois with approximately 3-5 years of experience. The attorney will handle a broad range of legal issues, including dispute management, litigation support, regulatory matters, compliance, legal research, and day-to-day business counseling.
The successful candidate must work independently in a lean legal department and coordinate with outside counsel while reporting to the Vice President and Corporate Counsel.
