Job description
Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Oconomowoc campus. You will provide ABA services in an inpatient setting, conduct assessments, and develop intervention plans with CBT/DBT approaches.
You will train staff, collaborate with therapists, RNs, and physicians, monitor progress, and ensure safety and therapeutic care 24/7. A Master’s degree and BCBA are required, with inpatient experience preferred.
