Custodian Position2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to keep our residential property and company facilities clean, organized, and professional.In this role, you will deep clean a residential home twice a week and maintain our office, warehouse, and gym for the rest of the week. We're looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and holds every space to a high standard.ResponsibilitiesResidential Cleaning (Twice Weekly)Deep clean the entire home, including living areas, bedrooms, and kitchenClean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, and floorsDust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfacesEmpty trash and replace linersOrganize and tidy spaces as needed so the home stays fresh and well maintainedOffice, Warehouse & Gym (Remaining Weekdays)Clean and maintain the office, warehouse, gym, restrooms, and common areasKeep the gym sanitary and presentable, including equipment and floorsKeep the warehouse clean and organizedRemove trash and keep disposal areas cleanKeep cleaning supplies stocked and storage areas organizedSpot areas that need extra attention and handle them without supervisionHelp maintain a professional, welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitorsQualificationsPrevious professional cleaning or custodial experience preferredStrong attention to detail and high standardsReliable, punctual, and trustworthyAble to work independently and manage your own schedule of tasksAble to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelinesPhysically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periodsCompensation & Benefits$25–$30 per hour, based on experience20 hours a weekThe chance to become a valued part of the 2 Brothers Moving & Delivery teamWhat Sets You ApartWe aren't looking for someone who just cleans.
