Part Time Key HolderTrue Classic is hiring a Part Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. As the face of our brand, you will help customers look and feel their best, ensuring they leave excited to return.Areas of AccountabilityCreate a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who enters the storeLearn and deliver our signature "TRUE Experience" — a customer-first approach focused on genuine connection, not pressureSupport customers in finding their ideal fit by offering expert product knowledge and styling tipsContribute to a high-performing team culture where achieving goals is expected and celebratedMaintain impeccable store standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and invitingAssist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displaysAccurately and efficiently process all transactionsQualifications1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (especially in a high-volume store is a plus)Excellent communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quicklyA positive, team-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding serviceFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededAbility to stand for extended periods and handle physical aspects of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbsPhysical RequirementsStand for extended periodsLift and carry up to 50 poundsClimb ladders and step stools as necessaryMaintain energy and focus in a busy retail environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompensation$16.50 per hourBenefitsAccrued Paid Time OffEmployee discount and additional retail incentives (where applicable)
