Part-Time Retail Key HolderFor over 40 years, UA Brands has been a leader in medical scrubs and specialty apparel. We proudly support healthcare professionals—including nurses, veterinarians, and therapists—by providing comfortable, high-quality uniforms.Uniform Advantage is opening a new store location in Timonium, MD and is hiring a Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service and sales supportAssist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendationsOperate POS system for sales, returns, and exchangesPerform opening and closing procedures, including cash handlingMaintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandisingSupport pricing updates, promotions, and displaysHandle multiple customers and tasks during busy periodsAssist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups)Pay & Schedule$15.50/hour starting payPart-time: 15–25 hours per weekMonthly Bonus OpportunityQualificationsRetail sales or customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced retail environmentFlexible availability, including nights and weekendsHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be 18+Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment testPhysical RequirementsStand and walk for extended periodsLift up to 40 lbsBend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as neededBenefits & Perks!UA BRANDS offers a full range of benefits allowing you the opportunity to customize a benefits package that addresses both your health and financial needs.35% employee discountSelf-Care Matters!
