Visual Lab AssociateResponsible for assisting the Lab Management & Visual Merchandising teams in creative, documentation and operational aspects of the Visual Lab Store, including the building and maintenance of all floorsets, inventory control, and upholding visual standards. Reports To: Omni Lab Manager Status: Part TimeResponsibilities:Uphold all corporate visual, marketing and operational standardsPrepare lab store for all scheduled events and walk throughsWork directly with lab management to execute all assigned visual directionBuild creative displays, wall presentations, and dress bustformsFold, hang, and style merchandiseComplete tasks at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of detailOrganize and place marketing elements as directedAssist visual team with documentation needs including write ups and photographyAssist management team create seasonal floorset processing guidesUnpack, process, and organize shipmentMaintain stockroom organizationMaintain cleanliness and maintenance of the lab storesObserve for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual activityPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Strong prioritization, interpersonal, and problem solving skillsStrong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a teamWork and communicate well with a diverse group of individuals at multiple levelsSelf motivated with critical attention to detailAbility to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environmentMinimum High School Diploma. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion—related field preferred2+ years of retail experienceProficient in PC/MAC/ Adobe Creative Suite SoftwarePay/Benefits Information:Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive health care benefits (including medical, vision, and dental); wellness benefits; 401(k) retirement benefits; life and disability insurance; employee stock purchase program; paid time off; paid sick leave; and parental leave and benefits.Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part-time or full-time / exempt or non-exempt), and years of service.
