Job description
Quality Assurance Lead Cleaner360clean is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented employee to serve as a part-time Quality Assurance Lead Cleaner in the Myrtle Beach area. This position is primarily responsible for inspecting completed work, supporting our cleaning teams, and ensuring our quality standards are consistently met.Responsibilities:Travel to and inspect up to three customer locations per nightConfirm that cleaning services meet each facility's scope of work and 360clean quality standardsComplete inspection reports and submit photos as requiredCommunicate service concerns, supply needs, and facility issues promptlyProvide feedback and support to cleaning team membersPerform cleaning duties only when needed to fill in for an absent cleaner or address an immediate service needHelp maintain positive relationships with customers and cleaning teamsQualifications:Previous commercial cleaning, quality assurance, or team lead experience preferredReliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple locationsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyDependable and available Monday through Friday between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.Smartphone capable of completing reports and submitting photosProfessional communication and leadership skillsAbility to meet the physical requirements of commercial cleaningMust successfully complete applicable background and employment screening requirementsWhy Join 360clean?Consistent part-time evening scheduleSupportive and growing teamHands-on leadership experienceOpportunities for additional hoursOpportunities for advancement into broader quality assurance, team leadership, and operations roles as our Myrtle Beach market growsTo apply, please submit your work history and a brief description of your commercial cleaning, inspection, or leadership experience.
