The Hallmark Company is currently hiring for a dynamic part-time Leasing Consultant to act as the initial ambassador between the public, residents, and property management team. nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
nnProvides great first impression while greeting prospective residents, showing model units as well as available vacancies.
nAnswers phone calls with courtesy and accuracy
nQualifies prospective residents and verifies application data
nMaintains daily traffic sheets, pest control logs, and maintenance logs
nFollows up with prospects and sends thank you notes
nCompletes and checks lease packets prior to every move in
nPrepares clubhouse, leasing materials, and models for viewing
nShops other apartment communities monthly as assigned and assists in preparing monthly marketing analysis
nMakes corporate and marketing calls daily as assigned
nAssists with all leasing activities and resident relations
n nEducation and Work Experience Requirements:
nnHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)
nOne to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
nExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills
