Job description
Grafton Community Library in eastern Rensselaer County seeks an energetic, creative individual for the position of Library Director. This part-time role requires 24 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays.
The ideal candidate will lead a team alongside staff, the library board, and local community groups, with strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills. A degree in library science or related field is a plus; fundraising and grant writing experience is desirable.
