Licensed Associate Counselor (Lac)

We are seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families. This role is ideal for clinicians pursuing full licensure (LPC) and looking for structured supervision, flexibility, and a supportive team environment. Sessions may be conducted in-person (at our NJ office) and/or via telehealth.

Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (ages 14+)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA
Participate in clinical supervision and team consultations
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
Active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) credential in New Jersey
Eligible for clinical supervision toward LPC
Reliable internet and telehealth readiness
Empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
