Location:
Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior LivingWe are hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatrics practice.
Compensation: $45,000 - $51,000 per year commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)

What you will need:
Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required
Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required
Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (In a health care setting preferred)
Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred
