The LPN will provide direct patient support and maintain accurate clinical documentation through the following responsibilities:
Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients
Injections (Testosterone, B12 and other vitamins)
Performing patient intake, checking patient vitals and recording in EMR
Performing services including shockwave therapy
Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts
Assisting medical providers with patient care
Performing lab operations
Maintaining accurate EMR records and complying with all HIPAA requirements
Scheduling appointments
Qualifications : Candidates must have experience administering injections, performing phlebotomy, and working in an EMR. Experience in a related setting - such as a med spa, urology practice, family practice, laboratory, endocrinology practice, gynecology practice, or general practice - is preferred.
Required Qualification: Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
