Job description
PM Pediatric Care in Lake Success, NY is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This role provides comprehensive behavioral health support for common primary care conditions like depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in a collaborative model.
Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, counseling and therapy, documentation, and coordinating care with families and the care team.
