Here, we match you with 1-on-1 private clients so you can focus on building genuine relationships, providing exceptional care, and working at a sustainable pace.The Impact You'll Make:Empower Independence: Help local seniors stay where they want to be -in their own homes.Be the Bright Spot in Someone's Day: Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility) with dignity and respect.Keep Life Moving: Help with meal prep, light tidying, errands, and medication reminders.Give Families Peace of Mind: Serve as the trusted eyes and ears on the ground, keeping families informed on how their loved one is doing.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with essential daily routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and personal hygiene.Help clients transfer safely, ambulate around their home, and navigate their space to prevent falls and injuries.Prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals, assist with light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishes), and help keep the living space safe and organized.Build meaningful, respectful relationships with clients through engaging conversation, emotional support, and shared hobbies.Keep track of daily routines, note subtle shifts in physical condition or behavior, and communicate updates clearly to our care coordination team.Run local errands, assist with grocery shopping, and provide reliable transportation to appointments or community outings.Requirements:Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferredRequired previous experience in home care, assisted living, or another clinical caregiving environmentDementia Care Certification is a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportationExcellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to careAbility to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a home care settingSuccessful completion of a background check and compliance with all applicable state requirementsMake a Difference.
