Job description
Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Technician in keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming. The role spans two sites, Beech Street and Fern Ridge, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.
to 2:30 p.m. and duties including janitorial tasks, grounds upkeep, and minor repairs. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and strong attention to detail and customer
