Job description
Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Site Medical Director at the Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center in Kewanee, Illinois. The role provides clinical direction, supervision of medical staff, and active participation on CQI and Infection Prevention committees.
Requirements include an MD or DO, Illinois license, DEA, and BC/BE in primary care. Shifts are Monday–Friday daytime, with options for 5x8 or 4x10 shifts.
