Job description
Crossroads Treatment Centers in Louisville seeks a Part-time Medical Director to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic. You will prescribe medications, complete documentation, and collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
The role requires MD/DO with active Kentucky license and board certification in relevant specialties, plus DEA registration and Medicaid/Medicare credential eligibility. APP supervision may be included.
