Job description
MASC Medical is recruiting a part-time Medical Director of Utilization Management for a San Diego PACE program serving frail, dual-eligible seniors. This 20-hour-per-week leadership role has no patient panel and no on-call responsibilities.
You will oversee medical-necessity determinations across care settings, lead peer discussions, manage appeals under CMS and Medi-Cal, and partner with the CMO and interdisciplinary teams to drive policy and audit readiness.
