Job description
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by maintaining AE Brand Visual Standards and driving Floorset execution. You will partner with the team to keep the store guest-ready through replenishment and timely merchandising updates.
You will lead and train associates, focus on replenishment and sell-through, and uphold safety and shrink-reduction practices while ensuring the guest experience remains top priority.
