Job description
AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure stores consistently reflect AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will drive Floorset execution, train and coach the Floorset team, and maintain replenishment to keep the guest experience top-notch.
You bring a detail-oriented approach, enjoy teamwork, and will champion a culture of recognition while adhering to safety and shrink-reduction strategies.
