Physical Therapist AssistantAllCare.ai brings dedicated, AI-supported medical care directly to assisted living facilities and senior communities, making high-quality healthcare accessible right where our patients live. We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and help restore mobility, improve strength and balance, and reduce fall risk for our senior patient population in the San Fernando Valley area.ResponsibilitiesDeliver physical therapy treatment sessions to residents across assigned ALF/senior living facilities, per the plan of care established by the supervising Physical TherapistAssist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activitiesDocument all visits accurately and in compliance with billing/coding requirementsCommunicate patient progress and any concerns to the supervising PTCoordinate with facility staff and care team on shared patientsTravel between facilities within the San Fernando Valley area on a structured schedule
