nnPart Time Nabisco Merchandiser
nPart-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, you’ll help create a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers—every time they visit.
nAs a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution—all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.
nnnnRepresent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence

nnServe as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
n
nnExecute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
n
nnBuild and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
n
nnStock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
n
nnImplement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
n
nnFollow daily schedules : and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
n
nnSupport seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
n
nnCommunicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
n
nnStay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

nnn Who is a good fit?
nnnBe at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
n
nnHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.
n
nnSomeone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
n
nnAbility to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
n
nnAbility to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

nnPrevious retail / grocery experience is a plus.

nSalary and Benefits:
nHourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience
