About Our Family
We are looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable part-time nanny to join our family! We have two sweet, active kids: a 1.5-year-old boy and a 3.5-year-old girl.
Our daughter attends school in the mornings and gets picked up at 12:30 PM. For most of the morning, care will be focused exclusively on our 1.5-year-old son . In the afternoon, you’ll care for both kids during which time they will both take a nap, eat an afternoon snack and play.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Engagement:
Lead age-appropriate, hands-on activities (outdoor play, arts & crafts, reading, sensory play).
Manage morning routines for our 1.5-year-old.
Facilitate smooth afternoon transitions once our 3.5-year-old arrives home from school.
Encourage gentle sharing, safe play, and toddler milestone development.
Light Household & Child-Related Tasks:
Playroom & Toys: Keep play areas tidy and reset the playroom at the end of the shift (encouraging the kids to help!).
Dishes: Load/unload the dishwasher, rinse lunch and snack dishes, and clean up after meal times.
Laundry: Run, fold, and put away 1–2 light loads of kids' laundry/bedding during the week (great during afternoon nap time!).
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Previous experience caring for toddlers and preschoolers (references requested).
Skills: Patient, energetic, creative, and comfortable managing two young children simultaneously in the afternoons.
Logistics: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check.
Thank you for your time! We look forward to meeting you!
