Job description
Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Night Shift Nursing Supervisor to provide overnight leadership and inpatient RN coverage. The part-time role (24 hours/week) focuses on staff support, patient flow, and quality care in the orthopedics specialty.
BSN preferred with 3–5 years of leadership experience and Ohio RN licensure. BLS and ACLS within 3 months, EMR proficiency, and strong communication are required. Competitive benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.
