Resident AssistantEarn $19.19–$22.25/hour on our overnight shift at Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest in Sheldon. Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest is an assisted living and memory care community in Sheldon. As a Resident Assistant, you're the person residents see and rely on overnight, helping them rest, stay safe, and feel cared for until morning.What you'll do:Help residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, hygieneAssist with mobility, transfers, and repositioningCheck in on residents throughout the night and respond to call lightsComplete overnight rounds and document care per each resident's service planCreate a calm, reassuring presence for residents who wake confused or anxiousOnce trained and certified, administer medications following physician orders and Iowa regulationsWhat you'll need:Required:High school diploma or GEDAbility to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructionsReliable transportation to and from the communityPreferred:One year of experience in assisted living, memory care, or another health care settingPay and benefits:$19.19–$22.25/hour based on experience$1,000 sign-on bonus for team members working 40+ hours per pay period on NOC shiftPaid Time Off401(k)Employee Referral ProgramEmployee and Educational Assistance ProgramsPaid, on-the-job training toward your Iowa medication aide or medication manager certification, at no cost to youSchedule Part-time, overnight, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.Next steps Apply today.
