Job description
BAART Programs seeks a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Chandler, AZ to deliver MAT and related medical services within an outpatient treatment setting.
Responsibilities include history and physicals, EMR documentation, dosing orders, and supervision of dispensing in the absence of the Medical Director. Prior addiction medicine experience is required, with AZ licensure in good standing.
