Job description
Legacy Care is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to support our Fredericksburg, VA team. You will perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans across post-acute, long-term care and assisted living settings.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage medications, educate patients and ensure safe continuity of care with flexible scheduling and professional autonomy.
