Job description
Crossroads Treatment Centers in Suffolk, VA is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to treat patients in an outpatient MAT setting. You will evaluate, manage and prescribe medications for opioid use disorder, and document care per clinic standards.
Join a team dedicated to evidence-based care, with injections performed and a schedule of 10 hours per week across two early morning shifts. Applicants must hold an active NP license in Virginia and DEA registration.
