Job description
Crossroads Treatment Centers in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic. You will prescribe medications, complete documentation, and collaborate with the clinic team to provide holistic care; injections are part of the duties.
