Job description
Community Care is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for our Pace Program in Racine/Kenosha, Wisconsin. This part-time position offers meaningful collaboration and community nursing care to help elderly and disabled adults live independently.
The role includes a $6,000 sign-on bonus, a schedule of 24 hours per week over three weekdays (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with on-call rotation. Licensure requirements include WI RN license, NP certification, DEA, and prescriber authority.
