Then, you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with an opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesTake incoming phone calls from our customers.Keeping jobs current with documentation and filing.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management.Position RequirementsOffice, accounting, HR, or customer service management experienceExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsSolid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks®Ability to learn new software, including proprietary software and Xactimate® estimating software preferredCollege degree preferred, with experience in customer service industry environment a plusAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours20-25 hours/week, flexible to work more if needed.12pm or 1pm to 5pm Monday through Friday (schedule is flexible)This position can work into a full time position.Pay RateBased on experience. Servpro of Derry/Londonderry is an EOE M/F/D/V employer Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
