Part-Time Office Administrator / Office ManagerAVID Energy Solutions is immediately seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator / Office Manager to join our team in Methuen, MA and start a career helping customers with energy efficiency and utility cost savings. This is a full-time role at AVID Energy Solutions with an opportunity to become full time in the future and a clear path for growth.Essential Job Functions:Work 6:30am to 12pm daily with sometimes additional hours as neededOverseeing general office operationGreeting visitors and candidatesAnswer all incoming sales, service, and vendor phone callsPurchasing office supplies and taking proper inventorySupervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivityProvide administrative support in lead generation, customer loyalty, accounting, daily office procedures, etcCoordinate with the installation crews and service departmentManage customer mailings, incoming mail, and emailManage calendar of eventsUpdate and manage various reports and programs (sales, phone, loyalty, etc.)Good work ethic, can-do attitude, and do the right thing even when no one is watchingAble to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with helpAbility to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple tasksQualifications:Previous office administration experience preferredFamiliar with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems preferably SalesforceProficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProblem solver and systematic in approachBilingual preferred but not requiredHave active license with no / minimal driving infractionsConsent to a CORI background check and drug test screeningBenefits:Health, Dental and Vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off & Paid company holidaysUncapped commissions and bonusesContinuous training and growth opportunitiesReferral programAbout AVID Energy Solutions:AVID Energy Solutions is a proud Mass Save Partner® dedicated to helping home owners reduce their energy output and save on their monthly utility bills.
