Part-time Office Staff/Care CoordinatorHomewatch CareGivers of Southfield is seeking a dependable, organized, and flexible Part-time Office Staff/Care Coordinator to support office operations, caregiver scheduling, and client communication. Responsibilities include:Coordinate caregiver schedules and assist with filling open shifts.Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources.Review caregiver clock-ins, timekeeping, and payroll-related information.Answer phones, complete data entry, and assist with general office administration.Respond to call-offs and scheduling changes.Provide direct caregiving coverage for client shifts as needed when other coverage is unavailable.Qualifications:Previous office, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or healthcare experience.Home care experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.Comfortable working directly with seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily activities.Must meet agency caregiver requirements and be able to travel to client homes when needed.Compensation: $20.00 per hourHomewatch CareGivers offers comprehensive home care services and believes that exceptional training means a more rewarding experience for you and better care for clients.
