nnPediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a part-time on-call substitute School Based Therapeutic Aide. Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? nnnPart-Time Therapeutic Aide Responsibilities:
nnMinimum of 5 working shifts monthly
nProvide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
nImplement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
nCollect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
nSupport the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
nParticipate in team meetings and training workshops.
nEnsure that the client is always in a safe and positive environment.
