LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist in Springfield to deliver high-quality optometric care and exceptional patient service. You will lead clinical protocols, partner with the MOD, SMM and store team, and uphold the brand promise in every interaction.
The role requires a Doctor of Optometry, strong communication skills, and ongoing licensure maintenance, with emphasis on KPI management, patient satisfaction and teamwork to drive growth.
