Job description
Woods Services is seeking a part-time Optometrist to provide comprehensive optometric services for individuals served by Woods and affiliated programs. The role involves conducting vision exams, diagnosing refractive and ocular conditions, and prescribing glasses, contacts, medications, and other treatments within scope of practice.
You will document encounters in the EHR, collaborate with primary care providers and residential teams, and ensure timely follow-up care.
