Job description
Pearle Vision is seeking an Associate Optometrist for a part-time role in Derwood, MD. You will partner with the Store Manager and leadership to deliver exceptional eye care, maintain a safe and motivating work environment, and lead the execution of NECE while coaching staff on clinical protocols.
You will greet patients, ensure accurate diagnoses, provide appropriate recommendations, and contribute to team training and performance reviews to drive patient satisfaction and store success.
