Are you a therapist who enjoys working with a varied caseload — individuals, teens, adults, and couples? At Palo Alto Therapy, we're a therapist-owned practice with a collaborative, supportive culture, and we're looking for someone who's comfortable and enthusiastic about working across multiple populations.
Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can stay focused on what you do best: great clinical work. Clients are carefully matched to therapists based on clinical interest and fit — so you're working with people you're genuinely passionate about helping.
Why Work With Us?
Competitive Compensation: $95–$110/hour (part-time) or $90,000 salary (full-time) as a W-2 employee
Serious About Training: Weekly consultation and skills groups plus a minimum of 18 CE credits per year — provided at no cost to you
CBT & OCD Certification: Full certification training provided through Palo Alto Therapy
Couples Support: Couples-specific consultation group and supervision for therapists building or expanding their couples caseload
