Nurse Position at Elm Crest Manor
Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly residents? Elm Crest Manor, a leading long-term care facility in New Salem, ND, is seeking a Part Time or Full Time Nurse to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate department
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
Document all care provided and communicate effectively with team members
Qualifications:
Valid RN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families
