Job description
As a Physical Therapist, you evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions and develop evidence-based plans of care. You provide individual treatments, monitor outcomes, adjust interventions, and plan discharges, including home programs and equipment needs. You complete accurate documentation and billing, collaborate with physicians and team members, maintain productivity, ensure safety and infection control, and may supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students.
