Premier Therapy is hiring a Part Time OT in Lakewood, OH to help residents in skilled nursing settings rebuild independence and daily function. You'll deliver high-quality, resident-centered occupational therapy that supports safe, meaningful progress.
Key responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating and updating individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy interventions, documenting care accurately, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet goals.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Ohio (or eligibility)
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

A Typical Shift
