Job description
Medley Health is seeking a compassionate Physician or Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site physiatry and pain management across assisted living facilities. This part-time role offers autonomy with strong administrative support and no night or weekend hours.
You will perform evaluations, manage musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions in older adults, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function and mobility. Active NY license and PM&R experience are preferred.
