Job description
Vitae Health Systems is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team within skilled nursing facilities. You will deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and management tailored to residents’ needs, coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and staff.
You will prescribe medications, monitor outcomes, and provide psychotherapy where applicable to support mental health and improve quality of life for residents.
